We created an show-stopping identity to compliment the graduating Graphic Communication design students’ final pieces. The shapes reflect the diverse ways in which our students create their own path as a designer through iterating and experience, forming an identity that is unique to themselves. This project has allowed me to expand my skills across many different mediums, as we worked to create an identity that could be successfully translated both online and in a physical space. Our core values throughout this project has been to celebrate the craftier aspect of graphic design history, working closely with paper mill G.F Smith to create an identity that feels more organic and handmade.
